On March 8, 2008 I wrote about people camping out overnight to buy a new townhome at Fioli, one of the popular new townhome communities in San Ramon CA Another Camp-Out to Buy New Homes for Sale in San Ramon – Fioli at Windemere.
The next and final release will be in Febuary 2010 with move-in dates estimated in October or November 2010. Prices won’t be released until the release date, but the Plan 3's and 4's to be in the $590,000's to $600,000's. The models will be sold in the fall as construction draws to a close in Fioli.
Guess it’s still one of the most popular new townhome communities in San Ramon CA. There will be a total of 154 units upon completion. Units 1-145 have been sold or are under contract.
